Because at Tyson Properties, we know it's more than just a house. This became the catch-phrase that launched the Tysons Brand Campaign. In the very competitive market of residential property sales, dominated by established brands, Tyson's needed to take a different approach to their brand. Aspyre developed the 'More than just a house' campaign after extensive background work on what people are looking for in an estate agency. Not surprisingly, we found that potential sellers wanted a more approachable experience when selling their property. Clients felt that agents were only interested in the business aspects of selling a house, when in fact, it a highly emotional experience. The Tyson's team knew this, and it showed in their approach.
